Fire won’t spread

Steps to reproduce:

1. Take flint and steel from inventory, move to toolbar

2. Select flint and steel in toolbar

3. Light block of wool on fire

Observed Results:

Whn block of wool is lit with the flint and steel, fire stays forever, noting burns or destroys. No error messages appear.

Expected Results:

When block of wool is lit on fire. I would expect that the block would burn and destroy.
