Microsoft login problem

When I try sign into my Microsoft account on my mobile, it buffers for 20 seconds and then shows an error screen of it not being able to reach to website. Maybe something wrong with Microsoft? What should I do or is this a bug? And I think all versions where you can login into a Microsoft account.
