CD clips into the block behind the jukebox player

After it finishes playing, if I were to interact with the jukebox the cd is thrown into the block behind the jukebox. After removing the block I retrieved it again. This doesnt happen too often as I have it on autoloop but it seems to be an older issue that others have spoken about ages ago..
