Fire Animation Speed on Entities is too fast

I have been recently been playing in the most up to date version of the game and I've notice the third person fire animation is fast. I went to look at the other entity's in the game in creative and I think it is the fire animation capped to the FPS. I saw another report but it was back in 1.16 and not anything else that I saw.
