Achievement artwort did not show up at a achievement menu

When I want to see my achievement, I recognise that the achievement did not show any picture or artwork whatever you call that. I know that the artwork now has change but what I see just a white player with nothing. I hope you all can solve this. And I use texture pack but this thing also happen when I did not use texture pack.
