Login in into a realm

So today I log in into my friends realm but it takes forever and I never actually got in I was always at the searching service/server and background screen is frozen so I asked my friend if I could barrow he account to see if it was my phone or the app I log in and I got in Immediately so my problem is either my account or the ping/loading bar.

this experience was the first time I ever had all other like the hive and minepixal work great but not my friends realm and her friends/my friends can get in easily without a problem so pls help me so I can have fun with my friends ty
