command blocks not working in nintendo switch edition

Whenever I try to use commands to get what I wanted they all act as if I entered level one. I tried entering a level 4 regeneration and it treated the command as if it was only a level one regen. Can you fix this bug because it is making my beta-feta knight into just another version of meta-knight from the kirby series.
