1.16.100 caused lag on world generation with mobile

The world generation takes almost a full minute to render a new part of the world, and almost there to re render another part. This had just recently happened since 1.16.100 and did not happen in before 1.16.100. I tried optimizing my phone for minecraft but I had already done what I could do. Please fix this issue. My phone is an Alcatel raven(which I do understand is cheap, but minecraft wasn't like this before 1.16.100).
