Bees are not going into their nests

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have bees and bees nests
2.wait until night

Observed Results:
Some Bees wander at night
Expected Results:
Bees should go in available nests during the night

At night there are a few bees that don't want to go into their nests. They usually wander nearby but will sometimes end up flying away and I would have to lead them back. I keep seeing them trying to enter the same 3 nests as the rest of my bees even though they are definitely at max capacity since I don't get honey from them. All my other nests are empty but they just ignore them. The more I breed the more bees that are wandering at night.
