Can't get Two Achievements

I am unable to receive my achievement for "It's A Sign!" And "Renewable Energy"
I am in a full survival, with no cheats, I have tried every combination for both achievements and I am still unable to get them. I hope this can be resolved as I hope to 100% the game, but am currently unable to.
