Super slow render at 1.16.101.01

1. Slow world render. (I playing in 6 render distance). 
2. Delay when destroying and place blocks (sound delay, particles delay).
3. I can't join the server. Even though my internet is fine.
4. There is also a lag on the server. Even though the ping is normal.

*This only happened on new update 1.16.101.01

*none of this happened in the previous version (1.16.40.02).
