I keep getting kicked of one specific person's realms.

I've tried joining my friends realm and as soon as the world loads the game crashes. Sometimes I don't even load into the world before the game crashes. I can join other realms easily and the game doesn't crash but not matter what I do I can't join. Others have joined the realm and don't get kicked out. I've sent an email asking for help and I was told to look at the FAQ or report a bug. I've looked through the FAQ and it tells me to do things I've already tried.
