Game freezes, loads too long and crashes

The game is slow to start up and sometimes as soon as I start the game it just crashes. I just bought this game for my Switch November 25th and this is the first time I'm having issues with a switch game.

Animals will freeze in game and stay stuck until I save and quit.

Closing the game causes an error to occur 

Lots of times the marketplace doesn't want to load and the whole game just freaks out and won't load

I've even attempted to open the game and it immediately crashes
