Minecraft ps4 unlockable achievements dissapeared/not appearing

Hi, on Minecraft Ps4 a bug has occured regarding achievement unlockables, if a player got the achievement that had an item along with it as a reward for completing it before minecraft ps4 switched to bedrock, the unlockable item stayed locked even though the achievement was completed, the player cannot redo the achievement since it will not count as one due to them already completing it beforehand, after the hotfix I've noticed alot of the unlockable items from achievements disappeared from their category

TLDR: achievement unlockable items are missing from their categories after the new 1.16.101 hotfix. In version 1.16.100 any unlockables from achievements that were completed before ps4 bedrock stayed locked and could not be unlocked,
