Entities (cows) glitching out of place

I have a cow farm (followed this tutorial: https://youtu.be/5XVHBouRVgs?t=906) with 16 "breeder" cows in the top section. Since updating to 1.16.100 (and 1.16.101), the cows will sometimes glitch out of the farm. They still remain at the same Y-level, floating in the air. The farm does still work, but I'm afraid of using and breaking it when the cows are glitching out.
