Can't play in Minecraft Windows 10 version with beta mark (for RTX support)

I can't download any map or smth in the game store. I can barely find the RTX worlds and can download, but that's all. There is no button to launch. Plus, I can't actually play in my own worlds. I have the latest 457.30 gpu driver. I've already tried to reinstall the game, restart my PC, launch Minecraft from the Xbox Companion app - nothing have changed. I have a conversation with 2 specialists from Microsoft technical support. They brought me here. I don't know what to do. All the screenshots are below.
