Unable to Connect to World

I have been unable to join friend's world (wolffire105) for 1 month. He uses an iPad. We were able to connect before then regularly. We are in the same household with the same protected wifi. We have reset the router and updated all software. The world's are not able to connect still. Any other ideas?
