Maps not correctly displaying where players are within the map

When I spawn into a new world weather it’s with my siblings in a world or friends online, the player makers do not show up entirely or off sync with the player it is supposed to correspond  with. This also happens when I make a map using the cartography table.

 

P.S. The world generation on the map is fine
