Strider Riding issue

while riding on the strider in the nether, it will suddenly stop and not move. After leaving, you cannot hurt the strider and all enemies either glitch and hit you while appearin to not move or they just become inperious to all incoming damage (AOE such as TNT or Direct with Sword)
