Achievements Bugged (Xbox Series X)

Hi, I am playing on the Xbox Series X Minecraft & two achievements have not unlocked for me. They are relatively simple and I have tried them numerous times, looked up all solutions & even troubleshoot solutions to no avail.

The achievements not unlocking are "It's a sign' & "Renewable Energy" I have 100% completed them both and not had an unlock in days; I have tried all methods as well for these achievements including using Oak for It's a Sign & changing furnaces and using charcoal for Renewable Energy. I can confirmed they are bugged & I should have unlocked them.
