Game that was on sale for black friday does't work.

The game, Original Bed Wars, was for sale today and yesterday for black friday.  I purchased this game with the intent of playing it with friends but when we got into a game, the iron did not spawn.  Is there a way I can recieve a refund or can the owners fix the game.  I did not expect a game to be on sale for black friday to be nonfunctional.
