Not able to access realms or paid content on kindle fire

Deleted and reinstalled the most recent version of Minecraft. Had this issue for over 1 month. No issues on mobile version on my phone. On kindle I cannot access realms of my paid content despite having internet connection and being signed in to Xbox account.
