Mob Freezing,Slow chunks generation, Delay sounds

Before the update the only thing that i experiencing is crashes,
(That has been fix) but now in 1.16.101 I'm getting some VERY ANNOYING AND FRUSTRATING
BUGS

For example While I'm playing sometimes when i place a block the sound is delay even opening chest and breaking blocks number 2 is that the world generation is SO SLOW even in survival, very annoying when your flying around in creative number 3 is that the MOBS FREEZES For no absolute reason they can't move they can't be hurt(when it's a villager you can't trade with it) i have to back out and rejoin the game,

Please Fix this, it's very annoying
