I can't put my skin on and have my friend joining my world

After this recent update I can't put my skin on, when I click to choose new skin it shows that I don't have any downloaded/saved skin files without even letting me go to my archives to choose it, also I can't join my friend's world and he can't join mine, it says we are unable to connect each other's world. Also I got a problem with my realms that I couldn't join or changing it's settings in it so I unsubscribed from it. Also, one of my capes stopped showing up.
