Microsoft deleting my cape.

Hello, so recently I tried to login into my Microsoft account on my switch. I saved my Nintendo Switch items to my Microsoft account. When I opened my Microsoft Minecraft account, my Minecon 2019 founder cape was not there and on my switch account the marketplace doesn't work. On my Microsoft account (playing on switch) one of my avatars appears with the Minecon cape (it was on one of my characters, before I saved everything to Microsoft), but on Windows 10 Microsoft, my avatar with the cape on appears buffering and doesn't let me reload it.
