Worlds will not download on marketplace

My daughter bought two worlds on marketplace but none of them will download.  They say they are downloading but nothing happens.  This also happened on a free world I tried to download.  

I offloaded the app and reinstalled it but the worlds keep saying downloading... 

What do I try now?
