Minecoins and Marketplace content missing

I can't make any purchases in the marketplace. It says i have no Minecoins, but I do. I had a few and i bought some more, although the purchase didn't go through. It won't connect to the playstore even though I am logged in to both minecraft and the playstore. I did an uninstall and a reinstall of the app. It briefly showed that In have coins, but then reverted back to zero. Whenever I try to make a purchase in the marketplace it will try to make the purchase for a minute and then show a message that my transaction was unseccessful and that I should check my internet connection, I have payment confirmation in my email that I purchased coins as well as a skin pack even though it still says I have zero coins and the skin pack is not in my inventory.
