water texture looks frizzy when next to dirt

When I first started a wheat farm, I put dirt in place of sand next to a shore. I then made a long, 1 deep hole so water could flow through. The water`s texture looked fizzy on the farmed and cropped blocks, and the flowing water is glitchy. . I am using a kindle fire HD.
