Ride a boat with a horse on the back. Suddenly I broke through wall, it kills both of us.

When i riding a boat with my horse i go near a mountain. Suddenly I broke into the mountain we suffocated by wall and both of us are death. When i check again, my boat go through water under the mountain (check the picture).
