Beds cannot be placed on top of blocks that are placed on top of end portal blocks

Summary:
Beds are unable to be placed on top of blocks that are placed on top of end portal blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use the /setblock command to place 2 end portal blocks next to each other
2. Place 2 blocks on top of the end portal blocks
3. Attempt to place a bed on top of those blocks

Observed Results:
The bed is unable to be placed.

Expected Results:
The bed should be able to be placed.
