Carpets On Hand is Too Low and Can't be seen on First Person View

The carpet on hand is cannot be seen caused of its position is too low. PLEASE FIX THIS

Steps to reproduce bug :
1.) Get/Craft a carpet
2.) Place it on hand (You will observed that it can't be seen and it's too low)
