Potions switch when drinking them

All you need for this glitch is one potion and another potion or water bottle. Then, quickly start to drink the potion and switch the potion in your hand. This results in the potion now in your hand to be transformed into the potions you were drinking. For example, if I begin to drink a potion of healing and I switch my hand to holding a water bottle, the water bottle will now be a potion of healing.
