Blaze Fireballs randomly gaining some Mob attributes temporarily before disappearing
While in the Nether fighting Blazes for Blaze Rods, I noted that sometimes when a Blaze fires a Fireball and it misses you, that instead of acting like a projectile, it gains some mob attributes temporarily, and either move at walking speed in a random direction, or remain stationary. It can also be pushed around by other mobs and even noticed as it is despawning by them.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Goto a Nether Fortress and fight some blazes.
- Strafe around to avoid being hit and kill the blazes.
Observed Results:
In rare instances when the projectile (Blaze Fireball) misses the player, it acts as a mob to an extent for a short duration before disappearing instead of acting like a projectile and setting the ground on fire upon hitting it.
Expected Results:
The Projectile (Blaze Fireball) fired from a Blaze should dissipate if it hits a wall or ceiling, or sets the ground on fire upon hitting it.
