locks up upon restart of game

if i play the game it will load just fine but if i close it and restart the game when i choose which map to play instead of loading it goes to a different screen which i included a screen shot of and goes no where. only way i have found to fix this is to uninstall and reinstall the game which only give 1 play time with the install. please help i love this game but this is frustrating.
