Black Vision

So when I was playing minecraft, sometimes the chunks will not load in severs or your own world or realm. What u exeperience in this image is that my vision turn all blocks black execpt players and npcs. Its in a sever but It happen when im in the world too! I dont have a image for that bc i cant get in time before I crashed. Although in that sever, I was still moving and othe people are too.... So Idk other players experince it or what..
