/clone command gets replaced by #

When typing the clone command into a command block, 90% of the time, everything typed in the command gets replaced by ######## This sometimes happens with other commands as well, such as /setblock, and there doesnt seem to be a definite fix, this is happening with every single block, moving the block doesnt help, found on a realm, couldnt immediately reproduce not on realm, dont know if its just a realm bug.
