Mobs freezing in my world

When I play in my Minecraft world with a cow farm, sheep farm and bee farm, my cows stop moving and take no knockback when I hit them, but my bees and sheeps are still doing their thing. I am running the world on my PC with an M.2 SSD, so I don't know what is going on here. I only have a shader texture pack enabled.

12gb DDR4 2666mhz

GTX 1650 

Kingston M.2 SSD

I also tried making a copy of the world, same thing happens. Transfered the world to my phone and the bug is not happening, so it is only happening on the Windows version of the game.
