No beetroot or its seed in my existing map, survival mode

After update there is no beetroot or its seed in my existing map in survival mode.
I destroyed 10+ hoe while i searched for them but 0 seed. Villages does not have them either.

In creative mode (the same map) villagers have seeds, and they plant them, and they grown. Many already planted carrots become beetroot too. But only in creative mode, and newly made survival map.
