Game can't load custom profiles

Hi, i have problem with my custom profiles , game can't load profiles i restart game and console but nothing happened i try different internet too , this happened before and i reinstall game it's worked but today i lunch game see again my profiles can't load or show "failed to load character 3or4" , and when i go to create new profile with that skin , show "failed to select item" 

Please fix it 🙏 thanks for game.
