Dies after teleporting using command block after 1.16.101 update

On 1.16.40.02 i was using a teleoprt command block to teleoprt me to x-5012 y-71 z-5106 and it was working perfectly but after 1.16.101 update i'm taking fall damage the dies instantly i've checked the command block and nothing was wrong with it!!!.
