One of my capes are missing

So I logged into minecraft for the first time since the new update and I went into the character creator section to change my cape. I have 2 capes, the pan cape and the founders cape from 2019 minecraft live. So when I went to change my cape it wasn't there, all I had was the pan cape. Its a little thing but it was my 2019 minecraft live cape that went away. I went on my pc and loaded up minecraft there too and it was also gone! I really want it back as its a unique cape that you only get for watching the event. And the operating system thing is long as I am on PS5 doing the backwards compatibility disk thing.
