So when I glitch to the nether roof and log out then log back in It teleports me into the bedrock roof and I suffocate

So before the 1.16.100 update when you glitch to the nether roof the way you got down is you would log out then Log back in and you would teleport to the lowest  block in the nether possible. But now it just teleports you into the two layers of bedrock and you just suffocate. You can jump up and continue living but you will just be infinitely stuck in the nether roof.
