Command block censorship

Command text inside command blocks are mysteriously disappearing whenever refreshing the command block. The command text is being censored and replaced with '#' and making the commands unusable on Realms. This affects every community based realm and every private realm. Also, I'm trying to attach screenshots, but it says there is a missing token.
