Capes not appearing

Im new to this bug reporting thing but the problem I have is about the capes. So one day I got on to play and my capes are just gone, I thought I didn't have it equipped so I went to change it but nothing both the pancake and the anniversary cape are gone, I hope you guys are able to fix it.
