Planks (Oak Through Dark Oak) Are improperly named (stair and slab too)

Oak
Spruce
Birch
Acacia
Jungle
Dark oak

Those 6 plank types are named "(wood type) wood planks" Where they should be named "(wood type) planks"

This also applies to the stair and slab variants. 
This is also a parity bug between bedrock and java.
