My skin pack just wont load on my PS4! it just says "Loading..."

i dont know how to fix this, please do your best to fix this... because i think this is gamebreaking and i did not and i mean it... i did not do anything... and it is doing this to the following 3 skin packs... "The Legacy Skin Pack, and battle and the beast 1 and 2... and i really want to use the fox and hyena skins...
