I no longer have access to my skin pack that I paid for

I had purchased a paid skin pack named "Skin Pack 2" which is exclusively on PS4, then in the new update 1.16.100, I no longer have access to my skin pack! The pack loads endlessly!
I relaunched the game several times, its still not working!
And I still have this skin pack because it tells me in the shop!
Please fix this bug as soon as possible because I need it to shoot new videos on my Youtube channel: ALPHA
