White piece Of Chunk

Mojang i have a problem when i enter a world and walk to a point and starts getting white
and if i wait it restores the white i think the world loads too slow and it also happens in servers
first i thought it was only on servers that my internet is slow but when i enter a offline world it also do the same please fix it
it started when i updated my minecraft to 1.16.100
