Minecraft Marketplace Game "Days at Frost ville"

When playing the game, you have to "Follow Ryan to the Library". However the character in the game does not move at all. 

We have followed a YouTube video of another user playing the level and they didn't have any problems. We followed his path through the levels nd it doesn't work.
