Founder's Cape Lost in my account

It's just that I can't wear and find the Founder's Cape that I obtained from the Minecon Live, and just happened recently, weeks ago I could wear it in the character creator, but now I can't wear it in the five characters that you can create  (fortunely I left two characters wearing it) but i can't wear it on the others. Please, if you may help me with this issue or if I have to create an issue for Microsoft for this, let me know as soon as you can. Best regards. 

PS. I added three screenshots as evidence that it's lost the Founder's cape.
